Congratulations to Warco Construction for winning the Novawall Project of the Month for October 2022.

The winning submission is the Novant Health & Vascular Institute, located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute is an industry leader in national and international cardiovascular research. They are an integrated system of physician practices, hospitals, and outpatient centers, each element committed to delivering an impeccable healthcare experience.

“This project came about at the architectural level; the design team was looking for a product that would satisfy artwork and acoustics; while offering a cleanable surface to be used in a healthcare setting,” said project manager Michael Thomas.
“We, of course, needed to bid on this project as well. Our collaboration with the design team early in the process, along with our long-standing relationship with the GC, assured our successful bid.” “We worked closely with our local Knoll Representative, Ginger Salmon, and found the perfect solution using their fabric and our Novawall System.”

The Novant project called for over 200 yards of Knoll Bollywood fabric; and over 1000 linear feet of 1-inch Weltless Track installed on 54 custom-printed art pieces displayed throughout the entire Hospital.

Key members for this project include project manager; Michael Thomas, Warco Construction installers; Andrea Eddleman, Tracy Adkins, and Melissa Neal; McCulloch England Architects and Vannoy Construction, the GC.

The Novant Health & Vascular Institute project was completed in 4 weeks and is a beautiful representation of a one-of-a-kind solution meeting a specific need.

Congratulations again to; Michael Thomas, Andrea Eddleman, Tracy Adkins, Melisa Neal, and the rest of the Warco Team!
