Congratulations to Direct Path Corporation (DPC) for winning Novawall’s Project of the Month for November 2018. The winning submission is the newly renovated McCormick Global Headquarters, located in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The 350,000square foot building pays tribute to McCormick’s 129-year legacy in the spices and seasoning business. Direct Path Corporation installed 12,930 sq/ft of Novawall across 60 rooms including corridors and lobbies; which made McCormick Global their largest installation in over 2 years. Juan Carlos from DPC installed 1” Weltless Edge on the tops and 1” Concealed track on the bottom covered by Maharam digital custom fabrics. Opening their doors on October 2, 2018, the McCormick Global Headquarters is a proud LEED Gold designed building which also reinforces McCormick’s commitment to sustainability. Howard Wang was the project manager for Direct Path Corporation, IA Interior the designer, and Gilbane Building Company was the General Contractor. The Novawall System installation took approximately 4 months from start to completion and is one of the largest installations for DPC in 2 years.
